Jess Ashwyn is a Melbourne-based author of dark fantasy fiction. She writes stories about ordinary people in extraordinary circumstances, the kind where the monsters are real and the found family is the only thing standing between you and the dark.

Her debut novel, Stone & Silence, is the first book in The Stonebound Series. It is a story about a woman watching a tower, and a tower that is watching back.

When she is not writing, Jess works in education, drinks too much coffee, and is owned by three cats named Pancake, Nova, and George.
